Each RJ45 MagJack is tested for dielectric withstand voltage (Hi-Pot), insulation resistance, turns ratio accuracy, open circuit inductance, leakage inductance, and DC resistance to ensure proper isolation, signal integrity, and PoE power efficiency in compliance with IEEE 802.3 standards.
