The JXF0-1012NL is an industrial-grade single-port (1x1) Gigabit PulseJack Integrated Connector Module (ICM) designed by Pulse / YAGEO Group. It combines a 1000Base-T Ethernet magnetics circuit with IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 (90W 4-Pair) PoE capability (rated continuous 900 mA @ 57VDC). Operating from -40°C to +85°C, it features internal 3-wire PHY-side common mode chokes2250 VDC transformer isolation, dual Green/Yellow bi-colour LEDs, and a Pin-in-Paste / Through-Hole Reflow (THR) solderable footprint with an MSL 1 rating.




JXF0-1012NL THR RJ45 Key Specifications


The Pulse / YAGEO JXF0-1012NL is a ruggedized, single-port Gigabit RJ45 connector integrating transmission transformers, impedance matching, and high-power PoE++ termination. Engineered specifically for harsh industrial networks, it delivers continuous 90W power over 4-pair Ethernet to remote high-draw devices such as PTZ IP cameras, multi-radio industrial APs, robotic controllers, and smart building hubs.


Featuring high-temperature thermoplastic (UL 94V-0) and 30 micro-inch gold-plated contact pins, the JXF0-1012NL is fully compatible with Through-Hole Reflow (THR / Pin-in-Paste) manufacturing. It eliminates secondary hand-soldering stages while withstanding peak reflow temperatures up to 260°C according to IPC/JEDEC J-STD-075 (R7 classification).

Q1: Why does JXF0-1012NL place the 3-wire common mode choke on the PHY side?

A: Carrying 900mA continuous DC current across the cable side introduces high magnetic flux. By placing a 3-wire common mode choke on the PHY side, the heavy DC PoE current bypassing the transformers does not pass through the choke windings, preventing core saturation and protecting data integrity.


Q2: What is the isolation testing boundary for JXF0-1012NL?

A: The 2250 VDC dielectric isolation is verified across the transformer only (Pri:Sec). Do not apply high voltage between the RJ45 cable contacts and the PCB-side PoE pins (Pins 15–18), as these power lines are directly routed to the center taps.


Q3: Is JXF0-1012NL compatible with standard lead-free reflow profiles?
