It combines high-speed multi-gigabit magnetics with IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 (90W 4-Pair) PoE++ capability, rated for continuous 900 mA @ 57VDC. Operating across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it features internal 3-wire (3W) PHY-side common mode chokes2250 VDC galvanic isolation (transformer side), dual Green/Yellow bi-colour LEDs, an 18-pin electrical layout, and full compatibility with Through-Hole Reflow (THR / Pin-in-Paste) automated soldering.




JXF0-2512NL Integrated Connector Module Overview


The JXF0-2512NL is engineered to meet the twin demands of increasing bandwidth and high-wattage device powering in rugged industrial environments. Meeting full IEEE 802.3bz and IEEE 802.3bt specifications, this 1x1 RJ45 integrated connector delivers stable 2.5 Gbps Ethernet transmission while simultaneously supplying or receiving up to 90W of continuous power over 4-pair Category cabling.

To maintain superior signal fidelity under heavy DC loads, the JXF0-2512NL incorporates an internal 3-wire (3W) common mode choke placed specifically on the PHY side. This isolates the magnetic choke cores from the 900mA DC bias current running through the cable-side center taps, completely preventing magnetic core saturation. Housed in high-temperature UL 94V-0 thermoplastic with 3.20 mm matte-tin solder tails, the component is fully rated for Through-Hole Reflow (THR / Pin-in-Paste) automated assembly, achieving an MSL 1 shelf life and withstanding 260°C peak reflow profiles (IPC/JEDEC J-STD-075 Category R7).
